Shipping

Every product will be specially made the moment you order it! This way we make sure we don’t waste unnecessary loads of materials and energy which is more eco-friendly. That is why 5 business days is the fastest we can do. We are aware that these shipping times are not the fastest, but it is never wrong to learn the skill of patience ;)

Delivery Times Guidelines

The Netherlands: 5-8 business days
Europe: 5-10 business days
The rest of the World: 5-15 business days

Our shipping times can differ per country. Here are the specific times per country:
5-8 business days: The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy and United Kingdom.
5-10 business days: Spain, Austria, New Zealand, Poland and Czech Republic.
5-15 Working days: Every other country

Track & Trace it!

You will receive a Track & Trace code the moment the order is shipped. This way you can follow your package at all times to make sure it doesn’t walk away!

Adresses & Pick Ups

Please fill in the right address! We can’t hold responsibility if your Refined Order is sent to the wrong address or because of a spelling error.

 

You can also choose a Pick Up point. But be aware to pick it up one time! If you are too late, you might just miss it! We can always send your Refined Order again, but that means you will have to pay for the shipping costs again too.

Having troubles?

If your Refined Order didn’t arrive or if it’s taking longer than our stated delivery times, we’re sorry! That is not meant to happen. 
Your Refined Order could be held at customs & during the holidays it could take a little bit longer.

Returns

Ofcourse it’s possible to return your order! We do advise to only order what you need and to return as little as possible. 
That’s better for you, us and our environment :) 

What you need to know

You have 14 days to request a return. After it’s approved you have another 14 days to send your product. Know that there are conditions that you have to meet when you want to return a product.

You will receive the full amount that you paid for your product, including shipping costs (if paid).

Shipping costs for returning your product are on your expense.

Returning Conditions

To be able to return you Refined Order you have to meet these conditions:

– The product that you want to return must be returned in its original state.
– The product that you want to return may not be washed, used or worn.
– The product that you want to return must be returned in its original packaging. The packaging may not be damaged.
– The product you want to return must be returned within 14 days from the moment you received your order.
(Of course you may try on the clothing to see how it fits, that’s what it’s for!)

If you do not follow these conditions and still decide to return your order, then there will be a reduction on the refunded amount. This can be up to 100%, it depending on the well-being of the item(s).

Processing our returns

When we receive your package and if the conditions are met we will refund the full paid amount within 14 days.

We strongly advise to send you package with a track and trace code and save your shipping receipt safely. We are not responsible for lost packages.
(We are also not responsible for damage during the return shipment).

What you need to do

To request a return please contact us through mail at info@refined-joy.com.
Tell us your Refined Order Number, the product you want to return and we would like to know why (this is optional).

When your return request is approved we will send you a mail with the final returning instructions.
